Please surf only one page at the time to avoid getting your account automatically and permanently suspended again.

I coded in now a warning when you try to open more than one surfing session at the time.

First of all thnx for answering my ticket ;

You sent to me an email and explained why i was banned form the site but i didnt do any cheat on the site....


I didnt reduce any advertisements' time . You said "can you explain how were you able to do this " I want to be honest i just opened several new pages on my account thats all. If you think that was a cheated or reduce for the advertisement time. ok i can understand you. But i didnt do cheated on your site.


I want to explain step by step what i did on your site;

First I signed in account and opened surf pages in new window. After that i turned back main page and i again opend surf page with new window. I did this process several times. And when one window completed the time i clicked the colour and went on next page and i did it again and again. Theoritically i didnt do any cheated. IF you think that is not permitted you can set your program and just focus on one page thats easy. You havent explained this rule on your FAQ. Thats all what i want to say.

Please note that accounts that were suspended the first time can be unsuspended once we confirm that the surfing abuse attempt has not been done intentionally.

Our system allows you to view an advertiser's web page 15 seconds before you can click on a color-coded button to confirm you watched the page.

Our system detected that you clicked on that button for separate advertisers pages too frequently.

A slow internet can't cause the automated suspending as the system detects if something happens too fast and not too slow.

What can trigger it is e.g. trying to surf multiple pages at once.

In order to protect our advertisers, any attempt to confirm watching another web page 15 seconds without actually doing that is not permitted.

Can you please explain how you were able to watch an advertiser's page for less than 15 seconds and then confirm it?

Hi Marie,
In the FAQ it's NOT written that we can't surf multiple sites at the same time.
Or, there's no rule stated in the site.
So, now that I learnt, can you please remove the ban on my account ?
