1.1. You may read the forum and use it as long as you follow the rules.
1.2. You only can use the forum when you are logged in.
1.3. You must respect everyone in the forum, and keep it family friendly.
1.4. You must not be racist/sexist or abusive to other members.
1.5. You must not use any avatar that could be considered offensive.
1.6. You must respect all decisions made by the Admins and Moderators.
1.7. Moderators are mostly volunteers, they are not paid.
1.8. You must not post any personal details in the forum.
1.9. All kinds of publicity, attempt to get referrals, money exchange / offers / requests and service offers / requests are prohibited in the forum. Spamming the forum with nonsense posts/messages, duplicated topics, adult or illegal contents, sharing email addresses, social website links and instant messenger IDs is also prohibited.
1.10. Any accusation without proof, intimidation, threat or disrespect against BexBux admins and the board, here or elsewhere will lead to account suspension.
1.11. We will not be responsible for any emotional, financial, physical, virtual, or any other type of damage that you may incur throughout the use of the forum.
2. Account

2.1. You are expected to keep your password safe and unknown. We store it in an irreversible format. In the unlikely event of someone hacking into your account, we will not be responsible.
2.2. You can only have one single account. Any attempt to create more will lead to the suspension of all of them. This also applies to your PayPal / Payza account which has to be unique and not shared with another user.
2.3. You must verify all email addresses used during the signup process and verify again if you change them. Changing your email addresses will close cashout for your account for 48 hours.
2.4. Your cashout pin (cashpin) will be requested before every cashout.
2.5. Each advertisement can be viewed by the same IP only once per 24 hours. For viewing advertisements an internet connection must be used only by a single user every 24 hours. Any attempt to do otherwise will lead to account suspension. Logging in from proxies / VPN or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to schools, LAN houses, cybercafé) is not allowed.
2.6. Only one account per computer is allowed to view advertisements. If more than one account in a single computer view advertisements, all of those accounts will be suspended.
2.7. Accounts are non transferable. Any attempt to transfer your account will lead to the suspension of it.
2.8. Accounts that are not active for 30 days, unless vacation mode is enabled, will be suspended.
2.9. We will not modify user account information based on user request.
2.10. Any account found using false information will be suspended.
3. Referrals

3.1. You may refer or rent as many referrals as your membership allows. Having more referrals than the allowed amount will result in the deactivation of the earnings from all referrals.
3.2. You can only earn from your referrals tomorrow if you have clicked the minimum number of advertisements required today
3.3. You have to register at BexBux for at least 7 days and make at least 20 clicks to be able to earn from your direct referrals (DR).
3.4. You are not allowed to use any exchanges with 3rd party to get direct referrals.
3.5. All suspicious activites such as, but not limited to creating multiple accounts under one upline will lead to the suspension of all accounts.
3.6. You can only rent referrals when they are available.
3.7. A referral will never be able to edit his/her upline
4. Upgrading

4.1. You have to register at BexBux for at least 7 days to be able to upgrade.
4.2. You do not need to upgrade or invest to start earning.
5. Cheater Policy

5.1. Any attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.
5.2. We reserve the right to suspend and delete any accounts found to be cheating or attempting to cheat.
5.3. Any attempt to exploit a bug will lead to account suspension.
5.4. Any attempt to use automated software, multiple accounts, or any other method deemed cheating by BexBux will lead to account suspension.
5.5. Cheating is defined as using any method to earn from BexBux that was not intended. We reserve the right to suspend any accounts found to be cheating or attempting to cheat. We will not warn nor inform you that your account was, or will be suspended. You will be notified as soon as you try to use any of the services at BexBux.
6. Cashouts

6.1. All payments will be made via PayPal and Payza. No other method of payment is available at this time. You have to force payout to most used payment processor.
6.2. All payments are made instant or manual, depending on the payment processor services. Usually, all payments will be made instantly upon request or within 72 hours after being requested. Sometime it can be up to 5 business days if the payment processors are down.
6.3. The minimum cashout is $5 for every cashout. From the amount paid, a fee can be deducted depending on the payment processor you use.
6.4. The number of days between cashouts varies depending on your membership type.
6.5. You can only request one payment at a time. You must have verified Paypal/Payza account to receive your payment. All request payment to unverified Paypal/Payza account will lead to permanent suspended.
6.6. We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by the payment processor's support. We will not be responsible for any malfunctions.
6.7. Users must accept the payments made to their Payza accounts in 7 days or will have the payment cancelled and will not be refunded.
7. Advertisements

7.1. We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code, redirect to another page, have adult or illegal or gambling content, contain any kind of multi-level offers, referral sales
7.2. A user can only earn from each advertisement once each 24 hours.
7.3. We reserve the right to deny any advertisement that we do not see fit to be displayed.
7.4. Advertisements must not be viewed on mobile phones/tablets. Advertisements must only be clicked on using a mouse and not using any other methods. Doing so will lead to account suspension.
8. Payments to BexBux

8.1. All payments are to be made using the links available at "your account". No other method of payment will be accepted.
8.2. Payments made to BexBux using PayPal and Payza are only accepted from verified accounts.
8.3. Payments are confirmed using IPN, if this fails please contact us at [email protected], we will manually process your payment.
8.4. Any attempt to reverse transaction, chargeback, or dispute against BexBux will lead to an immediate account suspension.
9. Account Suspension

9.1. We reserve the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.
9.2. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.
9.3. All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or email addresses.
9.4. Account suspension is permanent.
10. Liability

10.1. We will not be liable for any events that we cannot control.
10.2. We reserve the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserve the right to cancel our services any time without any notice.
10.3. We will not be responsible for any problem caused by our users, advertisers or advertisements. This also includes every supplier we depend on, such as our hosting, payment processors, ISP, or any third party related.
10.4. We will not be responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It's your responsibility to declare what you have received and pay your country's taxes.[/spoiler]
