This is a mass reply - We apologize for any inconvenience caused but I'm doing this mass reply to sort out the overall issues as soon as possible.

I realize some of you have now been waiting for up to week regarding missing ad purchases and am very sorry about this unfortunate situation.

The reason for this delay(usually I solved these issues within 24 hours) is that we are having some issues with accessing our paypal account's history due to the sheer size of our transactions because of which their website completely freezes when trying to find transactions and we are unable to manually find and confirm the transactions because of this.

They've been promising to look into the issue for a full week now and we should finally get a work-around solution in the coming days at which point I will get through these deposits fast.

Again I sincerely apologize for this awkward situation and ask for a few more days of patience that we can sort out a work-around solution and finally sort out these missing deposits, until paypal fixes the issues their slow website is causing us.

If you could please just reply to this ticket to reopen it.

Note: In order to ensure we solve this ASAP once we can re-check the transactions, please make sure that you reply to this ticket(if you haven't done so yet), with the transaction ID for your pending ad campaign. You will be able to find it by logging in to your paypal account and clicking on the details of the transaction you purchased the ad campaign with.

Note: if you purchased also look for a "receipt id" as we usually we need that for those type of transaction to be able to find them.

Again I am truly sorry for this situation and ask for a bit more patience
