Todays news is in progress, i'll reply to this thread, and edit this post, throughout the day with updates.

# I've added $865 to SloSumos account for another 43hours worth of recent work.
# Paul is also introducing a friend to help us out with support tickets.
# Lucas is doing some stuff in the admin panel to enable support staff to grab our payment processor histories via API. So they can help out with missing / probelematic deposits + cashouts.
# And we've added a thing to the admin support tickets where Slosumo can forward tickets to me at either low or high priority.
# Website bugs are the main priority right now; and they are in the hands of Alex, Paul, Daniel & Yan.
# I'm catching up with everything today... starting with cashouts! I'll do todays ad issue a bit later; seeing as yesterdays was super late; best to allow a much time between them as possible, otherwise no funds will have accumulated and it'll be an extra tiny issue.
ps. When we have "days off", they're not really days off at all; the same money accumulates, and is paid out the following day. So you're not missing anything. Just less work for you!

Just copying what I posted on my facebook wall:
Reminder: If you have a question / problem with your account, please submit a support ticket. We now have 3 people chipping in with those; so you'll get a reply a lot more quickly now.
But with 10,000+ followers & 5000 'friends'... I cannot reply to private messages. I don't even look at them anymore; facebook chat is turned off.
I'm also asking the programmers to remove my yahoo messenger info ( I haven't used that in months), along with my whatsapp number from the support page (as there are 4500+ pending messages there; again hopeless!)... Time for a new sim card lol.
But our support ticket situation is improving rapidly. And we'll add various chatrooms for live support & shareholder discussion ASAP.

One of Lucas' emails today; self explanatory:
Yeah David [new potential programmer] seems to be exprienced, would be nice to have it in our team. But it's not up to me, Alex started talking to him, I won't mess with that.
About Paul, he finished finally his "normal job" day before christmas, so he will be working for us full time as soon as gets back, should be this evening or tomorrow.
For now it's really quiet on our skype chat... yan/daniel/alex/paul seems to be offline, so to be honest no one is trying to fix anything, but as soon alex/yan appears I will push him to fix our config issues, as it's really annoying (we have too few db connections allowed, that's why sometimes you see for example blank page), and when daniel is online i will push him to fix suu upgrades and ct ads. As some of them are broken too.. I hope all will be fixed next week, as we need to move on to adding new products. But I am helpless here, I can only watch and push them to fix it ASAP.
About physical office, it's definitely good solution, we were waiting for Paul, now he is available. I live in other city than Daniel / Paul at the moment, but in case I will gladly move.
But at all this should be good, we can post annoucmnets there and there that we are looking for programmers, we can sign some agreements about privacy policy / NDA sorta thing.
But as I said, it's in Paul/Daniel hands, when they will go for it, I will join.

PP & BitCoin cashouts are done. The rest will roll shortly. And then the ad isue.

I've forwarded the new server release info to the programmers... i'm not actually sure what this server is for. As the specs are high end ($640/month), I don't think it's just a WWW server... I'll find out!
I've done most of the pending cashouts now... just some PayPal & Bank Wire remaining. Then i'll have a look at some support tickets.
I'm sending out a bunch of mini ads right now, to anyone without an ad filter... And also i'm thinking to allow users to change their ad filter at will, after they've bought it. So they can swap and change it at will... Or maybe charge them a micro payment: $0.05 per change.
Also... maybe we should offer a subscription ad filter option... If you don't have $10 handy.. you can "rent a filter" for $0.04/day. Buy 1-249days.

And regarding shares... I was thinking to change the transfer fee system a bit. And charge users at the point of placing their sale / bid. Then if they cancel the sale/bid, they lose the fee regardless.
eg1...
List 100 shares for sale at $0.05 ($5)... you can either pay $0.0125 (0.25%) fee in cash right there and then. Or pay the fee in shares; 100 x 0.25% (rounded up to the nearest share) = 1 share fee.
(The 1 share gets transferred to PaidVerts, or some portfolio account, where it can be resold and the profits returned to the result cards)
eg2...
Place a bid to buy shares.... 500 shares @ $0.04 ($20). Would require a balance of $20.05... Then if you cancel the bid; you get the remaining shares *$0.04 back. And the $0.05 fee is gone regardless.
*** THIS ALSO MEANS, selling shares via accepting a bid = free. As the bidder pays the fee.
*** And the idea here is that people would only place serious bids / sales. There'd be no dead wood in the marketplace.

Ok, all cashouts done for all payment processors & PP chargebacks sorted! Time to relax for an hour, and then do todays ad issue.
