Update:
1) We had $240,000 stolen from Perfect Money yesterday. And we have substantial evidence that Yan is the one behind this theft. We have recovered $140k of this money so far, and we might be able to get back another 50-70k depending on how cooperative BTC-E is. Perfect Money is talking to them at the moment on our behalf.
2) We are pressing very hard to get Iweb (our hosting company, and Yans employer) to prosecute Yan (

If they fail to do that, we will be filing a lawsuit against Iweb for the server tampering, that has taken place by a member of their staff in their datacenter, to facilitate this theft.... I beleive they are liable here, as we specifically warned them about this threat, and the previous actions of Yan and his prior thefts / hijacking of our user accounts with supporting evidence. And we specifically worked with Iweb to remove Yans access to our servers. But they have evidently done nothing about it... And subsequently have enable this theft to take place.
For which our physical damages are ~$120,000 at present. Not to mention the lost productivity from our programmers the last two weeks. And the damage to our reputation as 600,000+ users now have less confidence in our business, as a result of Yans actions, facilitated by his position at Iweb and their inaction to remove his abilities to harm us, an Iweb client.
3) Carlos is still communicating daily with PayPal. I beleive they have another call scheduled for today. I will let you know how that goes when I have news... I'm hoping to get them to release at least some of the account funds, just to clear the pending cashouts. The rest of the paperwork can take however long it takes. But I want to resume business as normal in the mean time.
4) Todays ad issue is pending a bug fix from the duplication issue we encountered yesterday!

So, all all all, this has been a lousy, and incredibly difficult month! But we're working through it. The programmers are doing an awesome job - you can't see any of it - as there's no new products specifically. But they've done an awesome job with all this Yan stuff -- and now keeping the servers rolling even as Iweb lets us down once again with super-slow installation of our Hard Drive upgrades.
